Dominique Galea
Chairman and Non-Executive Director

Dominique Galea is an École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC, International Business School) graduate. He started his career in the textile industry by setting up an agency business, Kasa Textile & Co. Ltd. in the early 1980’s.  He has since diversified his activities by acquiring stakes in companies in various sectors of the economy.

Hubert Raffray
Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director

Hubert Raffray holds a Master's degree in Automation and Process Engineering from the Institut Supérieur d'Automatisme et Informatique Industrielle (ISAII), France and has acquired broad experience as field engineer with Measurex SA (South Africa). In 2004, he was appointed General Manager of ECS Ltd., a company specialised in the electrical and automation sector for the sugar industry. Thereafter, between 2005 and 2007 he was General Manager at Rey & Lenferna Ltd., a Mauritian-based engineering firm with five hundred employees. In 2007, Hubert joined the FORGES TARDIEU Group as Managing Director where he has been holding the position of Chief Executive Officer since 2014.

Jean-Michel Colin
Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director

Jean-Michel Colin is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK). He started his career in the real estate sector in the UK in 1996 and upon returning to Mauritius in 2006, he joined the Audit & Assurance Division of an international accounting firm, BDO & Co. In 2009, he was asked to join the Corporate Finance Division of the firm, being responsible for major transaction advisory services. Jean-Michel joined the FORGES TARDIEU Group in 2012 as Chief Finance Officer and currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer.

Paul Ah Leung
Non-Executive Director

Paul Ah Leung is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) and was appointed Managing Director of Rey & Lenferna Ltd. in March 2012.  He is a director of Linux Solutions Ltd. (an ICT solutions provider), N. Bellstedt & Co. Pty Ltd., incorporated in the Republic of South Africa and SYSTEC Sarl incorporated in the Republic of Madagascar.

François de Grivel
Non-Executive Director

François de Grivel holds a Diploma in engineering from the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Zurich, Switzerland. He began his career in Mauritius in 1971 with Compagnie Sucrière de St Antoine until 1990 as COO and Chairman. He also set up several manufacturing export companies situated at St Antoine with foreign shareholders. He currently acts as Chairman, CEO or Director of these companies and different local companies involved in property development, education and services respectively. He also holds the distinctions of Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE), Chevalier de l’Ordre Souverain de Malte and Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Lion.

René Leclézio
Non-Executive Director

René Leclézio holds a BSc (Chemical Engineer) from Imperial College, London, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the London Business School. Before being appointed CEO of Promotion and Development Ltd. in 1987, he worked in London as consultant engineer in the oil and gas industry and with Lloyds Merchant Bank as Assistant Manager in Project Finance.

Bernard Wong Ping Lun
Non-Executive Director

Bernard Wong Ping Lun holds a Bachelor in Science degree in Economics and is a Certified Chartered Accountant. He is currently the Finance Director of a number of private companies.

Guillaume de Grivel
Non-Executive Director

Guillaume de Grivel, holds a business school diploma from “Institut Supérieur de Gestion”, ISG Paris. He started his career at Lafarge as Development Officer mainly in India. Back to France, he went on to work with Rank Xerox as a Sales Engineer. Then he started his own company, Jardin Pamplemousse, involved in design and manufacturing of furniture for over 12 years. Since 2012, he is acting as the Managing Director of the Grivel group of companies.

Sébastien Mamet
Non-Executive Director

Sébastien Mamet is the holder of a Bachelor of Art in Managerial Statistics, graduated with a 1st class (with Honours), from the University of Exeter, England. He is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He is currently General Manager of Terragri Ltd (Agriculture).
